Introduction
Welcome to ArchiVinci.com ("ArchiVinci," "we," "us"). ArchiVinci is a brand of DROPYOURAI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15145820). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you should not use ArchiVinci.

Description of Service
ArchiVinci provides AI-powered tools for architectural design and rendering, allowing users to create detailed architectural visualizations. We offer two types of access:
a. One-time Packages: These grant unlimited usage rights for a specific period (e.g., 3 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) through a single, non-recurring payment.
b. Subscription Plans: Monthly and yearly subscriptions that automatically renew and are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
By upgrading to a pro plan under either model, users can generate renders using our AI technology for the duration of their chosen plan.

User Obligations
a. Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using ArchiVinci.
b. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and any activities that occur under their account.
c. Content Responsibility: Users must ensure they have the legal rights to upload, create, and use any materials in their renders (such as images, designs, or other content). ArchiVinci disclaims any responsibility for copyright or intellectual property violations.

Public Display of User Inputs
a. User Input Display: By using ArchiVinci, you acknowledge and agree that any input you provide, including but not limited to images, text prompts, seed numbers, and other content, may be publicly displayed on our website. This means your submissions could be visible to other users and visitors.
b. Private Information: Users must refrain from submitting any information or content to ArchiVinci that they wish to remain private. ArchiVinci is not responsible for safeguarding information that has been voluntarily input by users.

Intellectual Property Rights
a. Ownership: All materials and content available on ArchiVinci (including software, images, and text) are the property of ArchiVinci or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
b. License to Users: ArchiVinci grants users a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal and commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license remains valid only while the user's one-time package is active or while their subscription is in good standing.
c. AI Creations: ArchiVinci advises users to ensure their use of generated content complies with all relevant copyright laws.

User-Generated Content
a. License to ArchiVinci: By submitting content to ArchiVinci (including images, text prompts, and other materials), you grant ArchiVinci a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use and display that content publicly as part of our services.
b. Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content does not infringe on third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. ArchiVinci reserves the right to remove content that it believes violates these terms or any applicable laws.

Data Retention & Public Display
a. 7-Day Data Retention: Renders created on ArchiVinci are stored for a period of 7 days. After this period, the renders will be deleted from our servers. It is the user's responsibility to download and save any necessary renders before they are removed.
b. Public Display: As mentioned in Section 4, ArchiVinci reserves the right to publicly display some user-generated content, such as renders, images, or prompts, on our website or in marketing materials. Please avoid submitting content meant to remain private.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
a. One-time Packages: ArchiVinci offers one-time packages (e.g., 3 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) that provide unlimited usage rights for the duration of the chosen plan. Payments for one-time packages are single, non-recurring fees. Users are responsible for understanding the terms and limitations of the package they choose.
b. Subscription Plans: ArchiVinci also offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorise ArchiVinci (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming period.
c. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period that has already been paid for, except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.
d. Plan Changes and Upgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you change between subscription plans, your previous subscription is cancelled and replaced by the new one. Where applicable, ArchiVinci will issue a partial refund for unused allowance on the previous plan, as described in our Refund Policy.
e. Failed Payments: If a subscription renewal payment fails, ArchiVinci reserves the right to suspend access to subscription features until payment is successfully collected. After repeated failed attempts (per Stripe's standard retry schedule), the subscription may be cancelled automatically.
f. Usage Scope: Both one-time packages and subscription plans grant unlimited usage rights limited to the standard usage of ArchiVinci's "Unlimited Renders" modules. Any feature that requires an add-on package must be purchased separately.
g. Refund Policy: For our refund policy applicable to both one-time packages and subscriptions, please see this link.

Limitation of Liability
ArchiVinci is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities.

Users agree to indemnify and hold ArchiVinci, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the service, including any violation of these terms or applicable laws.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
ArchiVinci reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly. For material changes affecting active subscribers, ArchiVinci will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
